After delivering a blockbuster hit, Ustad Hotel, Dulquer Salmaan and Nithya Menen will team up again for director Kamal's son Jenuse Mohamed's debut directorial venture, 100 Days of Love.
Touted to be an urban love story, the movie will be shot mostly in Bangalore. "Bangalore is a beautiful city and the place is apt to showcase a modern culture and outlook," says Jenuse.
Dulquer plays a budding features writer with a leading newspaper, who aspires to be a cartoonist as well. "Nithya Menen will be paired opposite Dulquer in the film. She plays someone who has taken a break from her studies. Nithya's character, who is settled abroad, comes to Bangalore to chill out, and during the trip she happens to meet Dulquer. The two share a good onscreen chemistry; Nithya is a brilliant actor with wonderful eyes.
